How’d I lose 80lbs?
For as long as I can remember I’ve struggled with my weight. Trying to lose weight, trying to lose bad habits, trying to have a better relationship with food. Being classified as a mix between an endomorph and a mesomorph, I not only easily gain and hold on to fat, but I have to work really hard to lose it.
Trying almost every trick in the book, fad diets, trainers, low-carb, low-fat, no-sugar, juice cleanses, you name it, I continually lost and gained the same 5-10lbs over and over. Until finally something clicked. I created a nutrition and workout plan that not only worked for my body type, but it worked for my lifestyle and was sustainable long-term. This is how I’ve been able to maintain this weight loss almost 5 years later!
I didn’t get surgery, no special pills and no fancy diet plans, just a $10 gym membership and being creative in the kitchen!
